Tata Tiago Limited Edition Launched In India On 2021, Price And Features
The country’s automobile company Tata Motors has today launched a new variant of its popular hatchback car Tata Tiago. The name of this hatchback is Tata Tiago Limited Edition. It is introduced on the occasion of the first anniversary of the Tiago refresh range.
Tata Tiago Limited Edition Price
Tata Tiago Limited Edition has been launched in Delhi at an ex-showroom price of Rs 579000. Based on the XT variant, the Tiago Limited Edition will be available in a manual transmission. This variant has been introduced in three single-tone colors. It includes Flame Red, Peerless White, and Daytona Gray.
Tata Tiago Limited Edition range
Last year, in 2020, Tata launched the BS6 version of Tiago, which is part of its ‘new forever’ range. The Tiago 2020 underwent minor design upgrades and the car is available in both manual and AMT gearbox options. It gets a new Revotron 1.2-liter BS6 petrol engine.
Tata Tiago Limited Edition Features
Tata Tiago Limited Edition has added some new features. Limited Edition Tiago includes new 14-inch bold black alloy wheels, 5-inch infotainment touchscreen with 3D navigation via Navimaps, reverse parking sensor with display, voice command recognition, and image and video playback. It also has a rear parcel shelf.
At the launch of this new variant, Vivek Shrivats, marketing head of Tata Motors passenger vehicle business said, “Since its launch in 2016, Tiago has been very successful in its segment and has been appreciated by all. The BS6 version of this product Was introduced in 2020 which achieved a 4-star safety rating by GNCAP at launch making it the safest car in its segment. The car has over 3.25 lakh satisfied customers at the moment. We have received a tremendous response. We are confident that through the introduction of this Limited Edition and our new Forever Philosophy, we will continue to bring excitement to this segment while meeting the ever-increasing demand of our consumers.
Tata Tiago Limited Edition Impact Design Car
The Tata Tiago has been a strong performer for the Indian carmaker. Last year, the company prepared and rolled out 300,000 units from its Sanand plant in Gujarat. Tata Motors first launched the Tiago in 2016. Tiago was the first product under the company’s Impact Design Philosophy. And this car comes with a lot of features at a very attractive price.
Low Price Challenge
Tiago is an important part of Tata’s entry-level product. In the almost four years since its launch, it has managed to become the choice of over three lakh customers. Tata says that due to the look of the car as well as the features it offers, its potential buyers have liked it. While it has an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 4.69 lakh, it competes directly with its rivals.
Tiago Global has been successful in achieving a 4-star rating in the NCAP Safety Crash Test. Safety features found in this car include dual airbags, rear parking assist, and brake force distribution.
