Samsung Galaxy A8s Featured on US FCC Website before Launch

A Chinese tipster has tweeted exciting news for the Samsung fans. The company is expected to come up with a smartphone with an Infinity O display. As per the tweet, this phone will be known as Samsung Galaxy A8s in India and this is the first Samsung smartphone that has no 3.5mm headphone jack. Interestingly, GalaxyClub has found the same on the US FCC website to confirm a display hole in the Galaxy A8s.

On the US FCC website, there is a Galaxy A8s screenshot with a space on the top left corner. As per the expectation, this space will be utilized to place a front camera sensor. The documentation further states that this upcoming device will have an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

As per earlier reports, Samsung Galaxy A8s phone will have a 6.39-inch full HD+ Infinity O display. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor together with an Adreno 616 GPU will power this device. The phone will come with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, which is further expandable up to 512GB.

The Samsung Galaxy A8s phone will run on Android 9.0 Pie OS, and the company would give its own UI skin on the top. Additionally, a tri-camera setup on the back will remain to continue like Galaxy A7. This setup consists of a 24MP sensor, a 10MP sensor, and a 5MP sensor. On the front, it will have a 24MP sensor for selfies.

A 3,400mAh battery will take care that the phone will work for a long time. The Galaxy A8s is the first smartphone with Infinity O display and without a headphone jack, and it may start a new era of Android phones.
