New Generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 Launched On 27 August, Know Price and Features

The wait for the much-awaited next-generation model of Royal Enfield’s best-selling bike is at an end. The all-new Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be launched in India on August 27. The company has confirmed the details while sharing information about the first ride of the upcoming Classic 350. With the new-generation update, the Classic 350 will get major updates in terms of exterior design and technology as well.

The unofficial booking of the bike has also started at select dealerships in the country. The design of the new 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be quite refreshing and new compared to the current model. The company was testing this motorcycle for a long time. Recently this bike was seen during a TV commercial shoot in Rajasthan. According to the spy pictures, styling elements of the Meteor 350 can be seen in it.

The new 348cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine has been used in the bike. This engine generates power of 19.2 hp and torque of 27 Nm. Also, a new 5-speed gearbox has been given in it. The new motorcycle will get slightly more power than the current model. The pictures show that the design of the indicator light found in the new 2021 Classic 350 has also been changed. According to the report, LED lights can be given in the new motorcycle. Halogen lights are available in the current model. The new 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is built on the company’s new J platform. According to the report, this bike has been built on a twin downtube frame instead of a single downtube frame. With this, the side profile of the bike has become better than before. This frame was also used in the company’s Meteor 350, which was launched in November last year. Due to this the handling and performance of the bike have become better than before.

A balancer shaft has been added to the Xaliki 350 new generation model, due to which there is less vibration in the bike. This gives the rider a better riding experience than the current model. The new bike is completely based on its traditional design. But many big changes will be seen in it. It gets retro-styled circular headlamps with chrome bezels, a fuel tank in teardrop shape, round shape rearview mirrors, chrome-plated exhaust (silencer), and attractive fenders. The side panels and fuel tank have C-shaped graphics, while new strips have been given in the fenders.

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Features

The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 features a digital display for information on the fuel gauge, odometer, and tripper navigation pod. The company has already given these features in the RE Meteor 350 bike. Royal Enfield’s Tipper Navigation System shows turn-by-turn navigation when connected to a smartphone via the Royal Enfield app. The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets a tripper display with a semi-digital speedometer similar to the Meteor 350. With the help of this feature, riders can navigate. This display gives information about-turn by turn direction. Tripper Navigation will be connected to Google. In such a situation, any rider can easily reach any unknown place without losing the way. The most important thing about this feature is that it will continue to work well even when the rider’s smartphone has a network signal problem. This feature will be of great use for lovers of adventure riding.

knob style ignition

The company had given knob style ignition switch in Meteor 350. A similar knob-style ignition switch could be used in the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350. While its look is quite attractive, it is also quite different in use from the traditional ignition switch. The knob of the ignition switch can be turned on or off with the help of the thumb. Due to which the motorcycle starts in an instant.

More Safety Features

The new Classic 350 will get the SOHC setup instead of the pushrod-valve system. Apart from the new dual cradle chassis, the new-gen Classic 350 gets a 300mm front disc brake with twin-piston floating calipers and a 270mm rear disc brake with a single-piston floating caliper. Royal Enfield is offering a dual-channel ABS system in the new Classic 350. This will improve the safety of the bike. Also, the chassis will be better than before.

2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Ex-Showroom Price in India
