Production of the new Skoda Kodiaq SUV launched in January begins
Skoda Auto India on Tuesday announced that the production of the new Kodiaq SUV has started at the Aurangabad manufacturing plant in Maharashtra. The updated Kodiaq 7-seater SUV gets many improvements in terms of design and aerodynamics. Many features have been included in this SUV in the exterior and interior. Skoda Kodiaq was first introduced globally and in the country in 2017. Kodiaq will rejoin Skoda’s India range after being discontinued in India in April last year due to BS-VI norms.
The Czech car brand will launch the new Kodiaq SUV in the country in January next year, hoping to repeat the success of the Kushak SUV that was launched earlier this year. The facelift model is based on the carmaker’s internationally acclaimed MQB platform. Because of this, its safety, driving dynamics, comfort, and technology are expected to be excellent.
