BMW on Thursday announced the launch of the new BMW X3 Facelift SUV in India. The ex-showroom prices of the latest model X3 xDrive30i SportX Plus trim starts at Rs.59.90 Lakh. While the ex-showroom price of X3 xDrive30i M Sport is Rs 65.90 lakh. The new car has come with a more attractive and new look than before. The new car gets more modern features and an updated infotainment system.
The car will be made locally in India in two petrol variants. The car will be made available across all authorized BMW dealerships from Thursday. The diesel variant of the new X3 will be launched at a later stage.
BMW X3 facelift SUV Engine and Speed
The new BMW X3 car gets a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine. This engine generates maximum power of 185 kW / 252 hp and maximum torque of 350 Nm at 1,450 – 4,800 rpm. This engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic Steptronic Sport transmission. This car can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in just 6.6 seconds. The top speed of the car is 235kmph.

The new BMW X3 SUV is offered with adaptive suspension with individually electronically controlled dampers. It gets steering wheel paddle shifters, cruise control with braking function, and automatic differential brake (ADB) with electronic differential lock as standard. It is also equipped with a BMW Performance Control System which enhances the stability of the vehicle by targeted braking of the wheels.

The car comes with features like 6 airbags, Attention Assistance, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). These include cornering brake control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobilizer, and crash sensor, ISOFIX child seat mounting, and integrated emergency spare wheel under the load floor.
