Komaki e-scooters will use special battery, driving range of 220 km

Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Komaki in India is working on special battery technology for its electric two-wheeler. The company claims that with this technology, their vehicle will give a driving range of 220 km in a single charge. Earlier, Komaki has recently launched its two-wheeler models in the market. According to Komaki, she is working on a special Li-ion battery technology. Due to patent reasons, there is no information about this particular battery yet, but the company says that this battery will be manufactured in-house only. It is known that the trend of electric two-wheelers and four-wheelers is increasing in the country, due to which many companies are coming forward in making these vehicles.

According to a report by Express Drives, the company will source the cells of this special battery from Korea and assemble it in India. It is being told that Komaki electric scooter will give a driving range of 170 km on a single charge and will provide a maximum driving range of 220 km in Eco mode. The battery of this scooter will support fast charging system and the weight of this battery will also be light.

According to the company, it takes only 5 hours to charge the battery of e-scooters. The company has used regenerating braking technology in this scooter. Komaki e-scooters can last up to 4 days on a single charge. The company will give 3 years warranty on this scooter which includes 2 years coverage and 1-year free serving.

komaki e-scooters will use special batteries in three models

The Komaki company will use this battery in its upcoming three scooters XGT-KM, X-One, and XGT-X4 models. The company says that it is working on special battery technology for the X4 model of this scooter. This battery can give a driving range of up to 350kms. The company will offer these scooters with 4 color options Red, Deep Blue, Metallic Gold and Jet Black. For customers, these scooters will be available at the company’s dealership store from June 2021.
