Superbike maker Ducati Thursday officially launched its new monster range of motorcycles in India.

2021 Ducati Monster has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 10.99 lakh.
The ex-showroom price of Ducati Monster Plus has been fixed at Rs 11.24 lakh.
The new Ducati monster bikes claim to be the lightest and most compact. Along with this, the company promises that these new bikes will get a great riding experience.
2021 Ducati Monster Weight
The overall weight of this bike is 166 kg, the bike is claimed to be outfitted with a lighter frame than the previous Trellis chassis. Ducati claims that the new chassis is 60 percent lighter than the previous chassis.
2021 Ducati Monster Features
Ducati claims that the new Monster has been completely redesigned and built. It gets signature monster design elements like shoulder-embedded round headlamps, Bison back-inspired chunky fuel tank, a clean tail section, and a center position engine. Overall, the overall look of the motorcycle looks quite muscular and attractive.
The new Ducati Monster is available in Red and Dark Stealth with Black wheels and Aviator Grey with GP Red wheels. The Monster Plus version is also available in similar colors and gets an aerodynamic windshield and rear seat cover as standard fitment.
2021 Ducati Monster Engine Power
The bike gets a new Testastretta 11°, 937 cc L-twin engine with desmodromic technology. This engine generates more displacement, better power, and torque than the previous engine. The new engine given in this bike now generates power of 111hp at 9,250rpm and torque of 93Nm at 6,500rpm.
The First Monster Was Introduced in 1993
Speaking on the launch of the Monster range, Bipul Chandra, Managing Director, Ducati India said: The new monster is a real star for the masses in Borgo Panigale. The Naked Streetfighter is claimed to have a sporty engine and be built with a frame designed for superbikes. It is similar to the Monster 900. It provides a more comfortable riding position for the rider, which gives better handling of the bike.
