BMW M 1000 RR Launch in India
BMW Motorrad India, a two-wheeler unit of the German company BMW, has launched a new M Performance variant of its flagship sport superbike S 1000 RR in India. Equipped with a very powerful engine and an attractive look, the company has launched this motorcycle in two variants. BMW Motorrad has introduced the BMW M 1000 RR in standard and BMW M 1000 RR Competition variants.
BMW M 1000 RR Colour
To give this motorcycle a more attractive look, it has been introduced with quite attractive graphics and exterior paint. The bike has been launched with three color schemes. This includes Light White, Racing Blue Metallic, and Racing Red colors. This is the first time BMW motorcycles have been given ‘M’ treatment, before it was only for sports cars. This new bike includes a powerful engine as well as new advanced features.
BMW M 1000 RR Engine Power and Speed
The BMW M 1000 RR gets a 999 cc inline 4-cylinder water/oil-cooled engine. This engine generates 212 hp of power and 113 Nm of peak torque. On the M 1000 RR, this engine gets a light engine block, titanium valve, and titanium connecting rod. This engine gives about 5 hp more power than the S 1000 RR model. According to the company, this motorcycle can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.1 seconds. Its top speed is 306 km / h. The power of this bike is much more than any SUV present in India.
BMW M 1000 RR Features
This bike includes an M GPS-lap trigger, travel kit, pillion seat cover, carbon front, and rear mudguards, carbon upper fairing side panels, carbon tank cover, M carbon chain guard and carbon sprocket cover, engine protector, brake lever folding, brake lever Guard, clutch lever folding, and M rider footrest system are given. Along with this, it also gets a 6.5-inch multifunctional TFT instrument panel and a three-core ride screen. Every important piece of information related to the bike appears on this screen. This bike has four driving modes – Rain, Road, Dynamic, and Race. The aerodynamic design of the bike greatly improves the performance of the low-weight bike.
BMW M 1000 RR Booking
This new sport superbike from BMW Motorrad India will be brought to India via the CBU route. Booking of this bike has started at BMW Motorrad India dealerships across the country.
BMW M 1000 RR Price
The ex-showroom price of the entry-level variant BMW M 1000 RR has been kept at 42,00,000. The ex-showroom price of the BMW M 1000 RR Competition variant is 45,00,000.
