TVS Motor has introduced its new Apache RTR 160 bike with a BS6 engine. The BS6 variant of the new bike is about Rs 6,000 more expensive than the BS4 model.

The rear drum variant of the new TVS Apache RTR 160 has an ex-showroom price in Delhi at Rs 93,500, while its rear disc variant has an ex-showroom price in Delhi at Rs 96,500. In this new bike, the company has added a fuel injection system, which has been named Race Tuned-FI / RT-Fi Technology.

TVS Apache RTR 160 Powerful Engine

The TVS Apache RTR 160 bike is powered by a single-cylinder engine of 159.7cc which generates 15.5bhp of power and 13.9Nm of torque. This engine is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. In terms of power and torque, this engine is more powerful than the BS4 version, the BS4 version of the bike used to get the power of 14.9bhp and torque of 13.03Nm. According to the company, this new BS6 engine will give a better and smooth ride in low-speed, along with a controlled ride.

TVS Apache RTR 160 New Body Graphics

Apart from the BS6 engine, the new Apache RTR 160 also has new body graphics, which makes the bike look more sporty. The bike will be available in Matte Blue, T Gray, Pearl White, Matte Red, Gloss Red, and Gloss Black color.

The new TVS Apache RTR 160 gets features like front disc brake, single-channel ABS, telescopic fork, and mono-shock unit. This bike has become much better now than before. According to the need of the customers, many good features are seen in it.

BS6 Star City Plus Launched

TVS has introduced its entry-level bike Star City Plus with the BS6 engine. The sale of the bike has started. The new TVS Star City Plus has been launched in two variants, with monotone and dual-tone colors. Its monotone variant is priced at Rs 62,034 and the dual-tone variant is priced at Rs 62,534. All these prices are ex-showroom in Delhi. The price of the BS6 variant is about 8,532 rupees more than the BS4 variant.
