The OPPO A7 is going to launch in China on November 15 as suggested by China Telecom. Its expected cost in China will be 1,599 Yuan or approximately $230. An Indian tipster Ishan Agarwal has recently informed that the OPPO A7 phone will be launched in India soon with an estimated cost under INR 15, 999 or $220.
It is also said that the base model will come with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, whereas the top model may have 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
The Realme series of OPPO have gained fame in India. The budget-friendly phone Realme C1 along with the Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro are quite popular. The OPPO A7 is believed as a rebranded version of the Realme 2. Unlike Realme series, the OPPO A7 can target the offline or brick-and-mortar markets in India.
Specs to Watch
As a lower version of the OPPO A7X that was launched recently in China, the OPPO A7 is rumored to come with a 6.2-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ support. The aspect ratio could be 19:9 for 720 X 1520 pixels resolution. Snapdragon 450 chipset in the 1.8 GHz octa-core processor would power this phone.
Talking about the camera, a dual camera with 13-megapixel+2-megapixel in the back along with a 16-megapixel front camera is expected to come for enhancing photography. What’s more, a huge 4230mAh battery will keep the phone running for a long time. The Fingerprint scanner will come in the back side, and the phone is said to be preinstalled with Android Oreo OS.
