A jury of 20 automobile journalists evaluated new models with a base price of between 25,000 and 50,000 euros to decide the winner of the overall category.

New Kia EV6 Battery and Dimensions

The Kia EV6 electric car will get two battery packs. A battery pack of 77.4 kWh has been given in the long-range variant. At the same time, a battery pack of 58.0 kWh is available in the standard variant of the car. Both these battery packs have been given in the EV6 GT-line. But the EV6 GT will only get the long-range battery pack. This is the company’s first electric car in which both 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive options have been given. The EV6 measures 4,680 mm in length, 1,880 mm in width, and 1,550 mm in height. The wheelbase of this car is 2,900 mm.

Kia EV6 Power and Speed

The 2-wheel drive variant of the long-range variant of the EV6 gets a battery pack of 77.4 kWh, which will give a driving range of up to 510 km on full charging. It has an electric motor of 168 kW power which generates power of 229 PS. At the same time, an electric motor of 239 kW power has been given in the 4-wheel drive variant. This motor generates a power of 325 PS. This electric crossover SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in just 5.2 seconds.

The EV6 is powered by a 125 kW electric motor in the 2-wheel drive variant of the standard range variant. At the same time, a 173 kW electric motor is available in its 4-wheel drive variant. This variant can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in just 6.2 seconds.

Kia EV6 GT Trim Power

The 4-wheel drive GT version of the EV6 electric crossover is powered by a 430kW dual motor. It generates torque of 740 Nm. The company claims that this variant can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in just 3.5 seconds. The top speed of this variant is 260 km/h.
