10. Maruti Vitara Brezza
The Maruti Vitara Brezza has been the best-selling sub-compact SUV in the country but lagged behind the Hyundai Venue in the month of April. Maruti Vitara Brezza ranked eighth in the list of best-selling cars in March, but in April it was able to make it to the 10th position in the list. In April, Maruti sold 11,220 units of the Brezza.
