Honda CB350 RS Bike Launched In India – Know Features and Price?

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India launched the new Honda CB350 RS bike in the mid-size 350cc to 500cc motorcycle segment. The ‘RS’ named after the bike means road selling. The company claims that this motorcycle is designed for long-distance trips. Honda has started booking CB350RS at its premium dealerships – BigWing Topline and BigWing across the country.

Honda CB350 RS Bike Engine performance

The Honda CB350RS bike gets a 350 cc, air-cooled 4-stroke OHC single-cylinder engine. This engine generates a maximum power of 15.5 kW at 5500 rpm and a peak torque of 30 Nm at 3000 rpm. Modern PGMA-FI systems with onboard sensors provide reasonable delivery of fuel according to riding conditions and reduce emissions by making combustion effective.
All these features make it an easy and luxurious motorcycle for everyday travel in cities. The engine uses an offset cylinder position which reduces sliding friction and the asymmetrical connecting rod ensures that energy loss during combustion is minimized. The energy loss due to internal friction is reduced due to the closed crankcase along the wall between the crankcase and the transmission.
The main shaft coaxial balancer on the cylinder reduces primary and secondary vibration and makes the Honda CB350 RS Bike the best companion for your riding. The CB350RS comes with a large tailpipe that balances fine with muffler capability and provides a bold low-pitch sound.

Modern technology

The Honda CB350 RS Bike features Honda’s most modern technology that gives it a great ride experience. Assist and slipper clutch smooth the gear shifting for the first time in this segment bike and reduce the clutch lever operation load to ensure that the ride remains comfortable and that the rider is not fatigued even when changing gears repeatedly.
The vintage look segment has for the first time been given a modern digital-analog speedometer that provides all kinds of information such as torque control, ABS, side stand indicator with engine inhibitor, gear position indicator, and battery voltage.

Fuel efficiency details are available in three modes which makes the ride experience even better:

  • Real-Time Mileage: Displays live mileage.
  • Average Mileage: It displays the average mileage based on the riding pattern and conditions.
  • Distance to Ampety: This tells how much distance your CB350RS can cover until the fuel runs out in the tank.

For the first time in the segment, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Smart Torque Control System helps maintain real wheel traction by identifying the difference between the front and rear wheel speed and provides information on slip ratio and engine through fuel injection. Maintains control over. HSTC can be turned off with the help of the switch on the left side of the meter. A ‘T’ indicator in the digital display starts flashing when the system is activated.

Braking Performance

The dual-channel prevents ABS wheels from locking when braking in an emergency or when riding on a slippery road. This gives you unique confidence during riding. The motorcycle offers proper braking performance in every situation with a large 310mm disc brake on the front and a 240mm rear disc. The ‘tuck and roll’ design on the seat gives better cushioning and makes the daily commute comfortable. During the Honda CB350 RS Bike ride, the driver is leaning forward and maintains posture according to the sporty riding stance.
The large section front suspension not only gives it a great imposing image but also makes the ride comfortable on difficult roads. The bike’s 100/90 front and 150/70 wide pattern tires in the rear increase stability under various riding conditions and give a better grip on the road. The 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel give it a modern look with less rear stance.
