GAC Aion V Electric Car: Electric cars are starting to trend in India. In view of the growing market of electric vehicles in India, many domestic and foreign automobile companies like Tata, Hyundai, Mahindra, Mercedes, Audi, and Jaguar have launched their electric vehicles and are preparing to bring new ones.
The time it takes to charge an electric vehicle battery can be a hassle for some people. It usually takes 6 to 8 hours to charge an electric car battery with a normal charger. In such a situation, the Chinese car company has developed a new technology regarding battery charging, with the help of which the electric car battery will be charged in just 10 minutes.
GAC Aion V Electric Car New Battery Technology
Guangzhou Automobile Corporation (GAC) recently introduced its new electric car Aion V. According to the report, graphene battery technology has been used in this car, which can charge the car up to 80 percent in just 8 minutes. GAC claims that its 3C and 6C version technology is capable of fast charging the battery. In these, the car battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 16 minutes with the 3C fast charger and the battery gets charged from 30 to 80 percent in 10 minutes.
There is no doubt that this is extremely fast compared to the current charging output for electric vehicles. For example, the time taken to fill the fuel tank of a non-electric car is less than the time it takes to charge an electric car. It is believed that after its launch, this technology can revolutionize the field of electric vehicles.
GAC Aion V Electric Car 1000 km Range
The GAC Aion V electric car can cover a distance of up to 1000kms after a full charge. According to the report, this graphene battery technology of the company is difficult to be commercialized for some time to come. Nevertheless, the introduction of this revolutionary technology is a sign that in the coming few years, we will be able to see vehicles with a driving range of 1000kms plying on the roads.
GAC Aion V Electric Car Powerful Battery
Experts believe that due to fast charging, the battery gets damaged quickly. But the vehicle manufacturer GAC has termed these things as baseless. The Guangzhou Automobile Corporation company claims that even after driving their car for one lakh kilometers, there will be no damage to the battery.
